Since the chef make back and forth to Bali you can feel the tropical touch in the menu. Fusion between sweets and salty meals, bitter and honeybee. The jams and marmelades are a glory for the palate. In Lyon you have the seasonal fruits as abricot, cherry, prunes, blackberry, ect. If you are lucky to come when Riton come back from his travel, you will have some special flavors, as uava, Mango, eggplant w cinnamon, etc. We hope Riton de Lyon will not abandon us to live far away in a troopical resort Island, at least not this year...
